Hourly:
All administrative office support and ongoing maintenance of any service created will be billed at our hourly competitive rate.
Contracted Monthly Services:
Signed agreements for a minimum amount of retained hours may qualify for discounted rates. Invoices are payable before the month’s work begins.
Hours worked above the agreement retainer amount will revert to the regular hourly rates.
Rush Services:
VA Now Virtual Assistant Services reserves the right to add a 25% surcharge on all rush requests required within a 24 hour deadline.
Terms of Service & Payments:
· All incidentals and mileage will be billed back to the client unless otherwise specified in an agreement.
· Time is billable in minimum 15 minute increments.
· A 13% Harmonized Sales Tax when applicable will be applied to services rendered for all Canadian clients.
· Payment options include cheques and e-mail money transfers.
· A $55.00 fee is applicable on all NSF cheques.
· VA Now Virtual Assistant Services provides a high quality of service however final proofreading is the responsibility of the client. If errors are found and reported within 15 business days from the date clients receive the work, VA Now will make corrections at no charge.
